Port Kennedy.

We are located on the outside of the Centre next to H & R Block.

Our mailbox and after hours return is located next to the Chemist near one of the two main entries.

We already love being part of the Shopping Centre and look forward to an exciting future ahead here.

A little bit about us.... 

For the first 6 years we traded as Mair & Co Rockingham beginning as the number 13 office in the group and progressing to number 3, one of the top offices.  Mair & Co was then bought out by an Eastern States Group.

Next we traded as an independent as Noble Real Estate until offered the Roy Weston Franchise. 

We spent a decade in the top 10 selling offices in the Roy Weston Group having been both the Top Sales Office and Top Overall office until the New Zealand owners decided to change the name, leaving behind 50 years of market penetration. 

We then traded for many years at Noble Real Estate.

Our agency is owned and operated by our company directors Ross & Jenny Cutten,  they have lived in the area since 1979. 

Ross has been in Real Estate since March 1984 and a Real Estate business owner since August 1987.
