Our modern office is located at Shop 4, Stargate Shopping Centre, 49 Chelmsford Ave, Port Kennedy. We are located on the outside of the Centre, near one of the two main entries. Our mailbox and after-hours return is located next to the Chemist near the other main entry. We love being part of the Shopping Centre and look forward to an exciting future ahead here.

A little bit about our history...

Our agency was originally owned and operated by Ross & Jenny Cutten, who have lived in the area since 1979. Ross has been in Real Estate since March 1984 and a business owner since August 1987.

Ross and Jenny, along with their business partners, first traded as Mair & Co Rockingham, becoming one of the top offices in the group before it was bought out by an Eastern States Group. They then operated independently as Noble Real Estate until they were offered a Roy Weston Franchise.

For a decade, they were among the top 10 selling offices in the Roy Weston Group, achieving both Top Sales Office and Top Overall Office. They eventually returned to trading as Noble Real Estate, continuing for many years and buying out their partners along the way.

Rebecca Cutten joined the family business in 2005 and hasn’t looked back since. On the 1st July 2012 she was very proud to take over the daily running and management of Noble Real Estate as the Manager and Licensee. In 2018 she was very excited to open the doors to a new office in Port Kennedy and trade as ‘Cutten & Co Real Estate’.
